About The Position

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Jabil, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. In this role, you will partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global compensation teams to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with Jabil’s business strategy. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of North American compensation practices, and the ability to provide strategic guidance on salary structures, incentive programs, market benchmarking, and pay governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, administration, or program design, preferably supporting U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Experience/exposure with Workday HCM or similar HRIS platforms, including compensation modules, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of North American compensation practices, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay governance.
  • Understanding of U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations, including pay equity and pay transparency requirements.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or statistical tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and governance of compensation programs for employees across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring alignment with Jabil’s compensation philosophy and business objectives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to administer annual compensation processes including merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive programs.
  • Contribute to the design and administration of short-term incentive plans, bonus programs, and recognition initiatives that drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using external compensation surveys and internal data to evaluate competitiveness across North American markets.
  • Analyze compensation trends, labor market conditions, and industry practices to provide recommendations on salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation strategies.
  • Support pay equity analyses and internal equity reviews to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across compensation systems and reporting processes.
  • Serve as a key resource for compensation processes within Workday HCM, including compensation planning cycles, reporting, and data validation.
  • Partner with HRIS and cross-functional teams on system enhancements, testing, and process improvements related to compensation administration.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations, including pay transparency, pay equity, wage and hour requirements, and applicable labor laws.
  • Support internal audits, governance initiatives, and documentation related to compensation policies and practices.
  • Maintain and update compensation guidelines, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Develop communication materials and training resources to support leaders and employees during compensation cycles and program rollouts.
  • Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on compensation decisions, market positioning, and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate effectively across regional and global teams to support compensation initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional compensation projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering high-quality results.
