About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. As a Senior Compensation Analyst at West Shore Home, you will use Dayforce HRIS and a compensation modeling platform to provide data-driven insights to support competitive and consistent pay practices across a multi-state workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience.
  • Experience using HRIS systems for compensation management and reporting; experience with Dayforce preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex compensation analyses including market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and internal pay alignment assessments.
  • Partner with Talent, HR Business Partners and business leaders to support compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention.
  • Assist in developing and documenting compensation policies, procedures, and governance practices.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership based on compensation data analysis and market insights.
  • Audit compensation data regularly to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
