As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a technical expert and operational lead for Asana’s Executive, Equity and Sales compensation programs. You will be the engine ensuring our programs are modeled accurately, compliant, and executed well. You will apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and compensation to advise, influence, and implement business decisions, acting as a bridge between data and compensation strategy. You will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration to manage the operations of our equity programs, executive pay cycles and sales compensation strategy. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
