We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growing environment to join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst. As a key member of the People Team, you will:

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, market pricing, and job leveling.
  • Experience using compensation survey tools such as Radford, Mercer, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
  • Experience working in HRIS systems. Workday, Paylocity, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and data quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Progress toward CCP or completion of compensation related coursework preferred.
  • Experience supporting equity compensation or bonus plans preferred.
  • Experience in a high growth or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using external compensation surveys.
  • Prepare compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, adjustments, and internal equity reviews.
  • Support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity processes.
  • Maintain compensation ranges, job architecture data, and pay structures in HR systems.
  • Create manager facing materials such as compensation worksheets, guidelines, and FAQs.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation for compensation decisions and approvals.
  • Partner with People Operations to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Respond to manager and employee compensation questions with clear and consistent guidance.
  • Assist with compliance activities related to pay transparency, equal pay, and regulatory reporting.
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements to compensation workflows and tools.
