The Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation position is responsible for administering programs and conducting analysis related to merit, bonus and equity for our VP+ associate population. The candidate will interact and present to high-level executives, as well as prepare materials for the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee and liaise with internal and external partners to fulfill all the duties of the executive compensation function. This position reports to the Senior Director, Executive Compensation and is part of the Total Rewards team. The role is remote (USA) with a very strong preference for the role to sit on-site at our Corporate office in Washington, DC. Relocation assistance may be considered based on business needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Partner with Total Rewards team associates to deliver best-in class programs; Liaise with internal associates across the enterprise in legal, finance, payroll and business-based HR to provide comprehensive support and achieve continuous improvement in the administration of executive compensation programs; Manage relationships with external parties to provide market insight and build expertise; and Conduct research and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and maximize returns on executive program design, features and benefits. Support special projects to enhance internal processes and drive effective metric measurement.

Requirements

  • BA or BS from an accredited university in finance, business administration, HR, economics, or related field; MBA a plus
  • At least 3 to 5 years of compensation-related experience, either in a corporate (publicly listed) or consulting setting
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data, assess trends, and interpret compensation metrics and survey data
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial statements, markets, compensation structures, and regulatory environment, including SEC reporting requirements related to executive compensation
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (WorkDay a plus) and expert level of analytical and presentation tools (MS Office Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel – Approximately once a quarter to attend conferences, company events or training, team meetings and/or meetings with other stakeholders
