The Senior Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned communities and ensures that the established company objectives are achieved. This role leads the optimum performance of the communities in areas including associate management, leasing and marketing, compliance, accounting, resident satisfaction, and maintenance activities. The ability to successfully mentor others, create training initiatives, and implement Company policies and procedures is essential.
