About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking creative, engaging, and energetic Art Class Instructors for our assisted living community! This is a part time role, leading one to two classes per week. Teach any number of classes: Drawing, Watercolors, Acrylics, Pastels, Pottery. Share YOUR engaging class ideas. We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts! Requirements
- Creative, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
- Passion for improving the lives of seniors through teaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead one to two art classes per week for residents in an assisted living community.
- Teach various art mediums including drawing, watercolors, acrylics, pastels, and pottery.
- Share engaging class ideas with the community.
