Caterpillar is looking to add a Senior Communications Specialist to our Earthmoving Division team. The Earthmoving team is responsible for the products at the core of our company, including the machines upon which it was founded. As the Senior Communications Specialist supporting the Earthmoving Division, you will have an exciting opportunity to make a difference for Caterpillar people – employees, leaders, and the communities within which we live and work. This position is responsible for delivering strategic, internal communications plans in support of division goals, supporting our top strategic priorities, and serving as a business partner ensuring clear, thoughtful messaging for our employees and key stakeholders. Additionally, this position would be responsible for external communication processes such as editing some press releases, trade press, and supporting leader speaking opportunities.
