This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison. Start date estimated to be on or around 12/01/2026, possibly sooner. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications, coordination, and status updates, with a focus on supporting ITSO cybersecurity communications, stakeholder coordination, and project management activities. The specialist will conduct Scrum meetings, oversee Kanban/Scrum board activities, and develop clear communications for both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities include drafting and coordinating cybersecurity bulletins, presentations, newsletters, and other content, translating complex technical information into customer-facing communications, and coordinating with various stakeholders including ITSO leadership, cybersecurity SMEs, project teams, and AO stakeholders. The role also involves supporting planning, tracking, and reporting for cybersecurity initiatives, maintaining project documentation, preparing briefing materials and status reports, coordinating reviews, and supporting documentation management and process improvement. The specialist will operate in a fast-paced federal consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
