•$130,000 - $165,000•Hybrid

About The Position

We are looking for a strategic, highly versatile communicator to support our Head of Communications in advancing Priceline’s reputation, business priorities and industry profile. Priceline has a strong legacy and a clear ambition to be America’s definitive travel deals brand. Communications is central to making that ambition visible and credible: defining the narratives, earning sustained, high-quality coverage, elevating executive thought leadership and growing Priceline’s share of voice across media and the broader travel industry. In this role, you will help shape and execute that strategy, connecting our deal-maker heritage and consumer purpose with the technology and AI reshaping how travel is planned and booked.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in communications, public relations or industry relations.
  • Experience in travel or technology preferred. Agency experience welcome.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A creative, resourceful and scrappy communicator with experience developing and executing integrated go-to-market communications strategies for new products, technologies, partnerships and business initiatives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences and channels.
  • A confident self-starter who can influence, prioritize and move projects forward across a complex, matrixed organization while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI-literate and actively curious about how generative AI, LLMs, agents and GEO can improve communications strategy, productivity and results. Comfortable experimenting with AI-enabled workflows, building lightweight agents and using new tools to create repeatable team practices.
  • A passionate communicator with a strong pulse on culture, trends and industry news and a track record of securing headline coverage across multiple media verticals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify newsworthy opportunities and translate findings into communications opportunities.
  • Equally comfortable with high-level strategic development and tactical daily execution, with the operational discipline and follow-through to deliver results.
  • You sweat the details, have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality.
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics are essential

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of strategic, integrated B2C and B2B communications plans to meet Priceline’s key business goals.
  • Turn consumer, marketplace, product and industry data into newsworthy insights, compelling narratives and proactive pitch opportunities.
  • Develop impactful communications content aligned with Priceline’s technology, consumer and business narratives. Apply GEO best practices to improve how Priceline is discovered and represented across search and AI-powered platforms, while maintaining editorial integrity.
  • Build and maintain media relationships and manage select opportunities.
  • Drive growth in both the quality and quantity of Priceline’s earned-media coverage, increasing media share of voice and LLM editorial citation share of voice.
  • Build thought leadership strategies and materials for key executives, including messaging, talking points, media preparation and social content.
  • Recommend and manage broader industry-relations opportunities, including executive visibility, speaking engagements, partner co-marketing initiatives and related materials.
  • Co-manage PR agency to drive strong execution against the communications strategy.
  • Support internal communications across Priceline and its participation in Booking Holdings-wide communications.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and support communications for integrated programming from planning through execution.
  • Establish objectives and KPIs, analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations. Oversee monthly reports and initiative recaps.

  • Financial security programs such as retirement plans with company contributions, life and disability coverage, and tax-advantaged accounts
  • Signature travel perks including employee-only discounts on hotels and flights, VIP deals, and Big Deal Bucks credits
  • Additional perks & discounts like travel and partner discounts, tuition support, legal support, and pet benefits
  • A people-first culture with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), social events, recognition programs, and service awards that help you connect, grow, and celebrate together
