This role supports Amazon's mission to build the world's safest, most efficient, and sustainable delivery network by helping Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) retain safe, satisfied, and engaged teams of drivers. The position focuses on supporting over 2,500 DSPs who employ more than 175,000 Delivery Associates (DAs) operating Prime-branded vehicles. The candidate will work across multiple stakeholders to communicate Amazon's investments in the DSP and DA experience, translating technical and operational information into user-friendly resources and rich content. A key aspect of the role involves working with cross-functional teams to launch programs through robust communication, change management strategies, and year-long campaign efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with strategic and/or marketing communications experience, business acumen, and excellent writing ability. They will be responsible for strategizing and program managing initiatives from ideation to execution, acting as a thought leader with high emotional intelligence, and being comfortable with testing, learning, and failing forward in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
