About the Role In this role, you will translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling messaging and scalable communications solutions. Working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, you will leverage data, digital tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to drive engagement, alignment, and measurable business impact. You will play a critical role in strengthening organizational communication, enabling leadership visibility, and enhancing employee understanding during periods of transformation. The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications
  • Proven experience developing strategic communications plans
  • Experience advising senior leaders or executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Experience with change management communications
  • Familiarity with digital communications tools, AI, and analytics platforms
  • Background in consulting, media, or corporate strategy environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on high-impact initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create clear executive messaging, storytelling, and value propositions for diverse audiences
  • Partner cross-functionally (HR, Legal, Government Affairs, etc.) to ensure message alignment and consistency
  • Lead internal and external communications plans, including change and transformation initiatives
  • Leverage data, insights, and AI/digital tools to improve communication effectiveness and scalability
  • Guide stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across channels
  • Measure and optimize communications using analytics, engagement metrics, and feedback
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor in complex, matrixed environments
