Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• On-site construction experience is required.
• MEP/FP design and construction experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent trade experience.
• Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing controls.
• Travel is required (no weekends, limited overnights).

Nice To Haves

• PE, CX, and LEED Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Commissioning and Construction Administrative support, including engineering and technical assistance on ongoing projects.
• Review designs and lead/direct onsite commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to technical documentation and contractual requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure proper design, installation, testing, and maintenance of systems.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues related to commissioning and construction of MEP/FP systems.
• Develop Commissioning Plans, specifications, and final Commissioning Reports (full project lifecycle).
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Troubleshoot technical MEP/FP related issues.
• Act as a liaison between Vanderweil Engineers (PIC, Project Manager, engineers), the client (owner), and the contractor (including subcontractors).
