We're now looking for a Senior Commissioning Engineer, who takes ownership of on-site system commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization across our customer deployments in live warehouse environments. Requirements

5â10+ years of hands-on experience commissioning or deploying industrial automation or robotic systems
Strong practical experience with robotic cells, automation equipment, or warehouse systems
Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software interfaces
Experience with industrial robots (ABB strongly preferred; others welcome)
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and system layouts
Strong troubleshooting skills and calm execution in live production environments
Willingness and ability to travel ~75% of the time
Excellent communication skills in English (customer-facing role)
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

Nice To Haves

Experience with warehouse automation, intralogistics, or fulfillment environments
PLC or controls troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with safety systems (E-stops, scanners, light curtains)
Experience working in startup or fast-scaling engineering environments

Responsibilities

Lead on-site commissioning of robotic picking systems at customer warehouses
Bring systems from mechanical completion through first picks, ramp-up, and production handover
Validate hardware, electrical, controls, and software integration on-site
Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains
Work closely with remote engineering teams to troubleshoot and deploy fixes
Execute test plans, acceptance criteria, and performance validation
Train customer operators and maintenance teams during handover
Document commissioning procedures, lessons learned, and site-specific configurations
Support continuous improvement by feeding field insights back into engineering and product teams
