Farha Roofing, LLCMaplewood, MO
$150,000 - $300,000Onsite

About The Position

Farha Roofing is seeking an accomplished commercial roofing professional to help expand our presence in the St. Louis market. This is not a traditional sales-only position. We are looking for a senior-level relationship builder who can develop commercial roofing opportunities, earn the trust of decision-makers, and manage awarded projects from the initial conversation through final completion. The ideal candidate brings an established network, or a demonstrated ability to build one, among commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, general contractors, insurance professionals, real estate organizations, and other commercial decision-makers. At Farha Roofing, you will have the resources and operational support of an established roofing company while retaining the flexibility, visibility, and influence that come with a family-owned business. Your relationships, experience, and success will matter. As our Senior Commercial Roofing Business Development & Project Manager, you will own both the client relationship and the successful delivery of the project. You will identify opportunities, develop new business, guide customers through the roofing process, and coordinate with Farha Roofing's estimating and operations teams. Once a project is awarded, you will remain involved in managing communication, profitability, schedules, documentation, quality, and customer satisfaction through completion.
