This role is based in Coral Gables and focuses on developing and managing complex commercial relationships within the South Florida market. The Opportunity This is a senior relationship management role designed for a commercial banker with a strong track record in business development and credit structuring. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and mid-market companies, delivering tailored financing, cash management, and banking solutions. The role requires deep commercial acumen, strong credit understanding, and the ability to originate and structure complex lending opportunities. You will leverage a large institutional balance sheet and a full suite of commercial banking capabilities while maintaining a strong entrepreneurial approach to client development. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or corporate banking relationship management.
  • Proven track record of originating and managing middle-market or commercial client relationships.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial structuring expertise.
  • Established referral network within the South Florida business community.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a large institutional banking platform.
  • Strong negotiation, client advisory, and relationship development skills.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Extensive experience in commercial banking, credit structuring, and business development.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with commercial clients across the South Florida market.
  • Originate new business opportunities and structure tailored banking and financing solutions.
