About The Position

In this Product Management role, you’ll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you’ll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected. Join our team responsible for FIS ChexSystems®, industry-leading solutions that help financial institutions make smarter, faster, and more secure deposit and credit account opening decisions. ChexSystems supports thousands of financial institutions and lenders by providing consumer account history, risk insights, and financial intelligence. You’ll have an exciting opportunity collaborating with numerous partners, clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in product management within fintech, banking, or financial data solutions
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products, deposit accounts, and account lifecycle management
  • Experience navigating regulatory environments, including FCRA and consumer reporting compliance
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into customer-focused product solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Experience working with credit bureaus, consumer reporting agencies, or financial risk decisioning solutions

  • Familiarity with fraud detection, identity verification, or account risk analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization plans for banking risk and decisioning solutions
  • Partner with financial institutions to understand needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement to support revenue growth
  • Evaluate regulatory requirements, including consumer reporting and FCRA-related obligations, across the product lifecycle
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Influence external partners and data providers to enhance product capabilities and data value
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment to business outcomes
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and performance metrics to optimize product profitability
  • Represent the product with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including client presentations and industry forums
