This role plays a key part in enabling sound, competitive, and well-governed commercial decision-making across the full commercial lifecycle, with a strong focus on contract negotiation, commercial risk assessment, and risk management during the ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) and OTR (Order-to-Remittance) phases. The position is primarily anchored in the ITO phase, working closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support proposal development and commercial negotiations, ensuring balanced risk-taking, policy compliance, and value creation in line with the Grid Solutions Deal Risk Management framework (Policy 5.0). The role contributes to strengthening commercial rigor and operational excellence by providing structured, pragmatic contractual analysis and by supporting the business in making informed decisions that protect long-term performance, customer relationships, and execution success throughout the deal lifecycle.
