Overview Position Overview: Our Sales Operations Team plays a crucial role in driving our business forward, and we are seeking a talented Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to support their efforts. The ideal candidate is process and detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical insights and partnering closely with our sales team to implement improvements. You will analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends to help improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports, conducting sales forecasting, and assisting with sales planning and strategy. About Center of Excellence: Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals. Your Impact: Sales Support and Enablement Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges. Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy and improve their productivity. Assist in evaluating and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Assist in the administration and optimization of the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans to drive sales growth and profitability. Develop and implement sales dashboards, reports, and sales forecasting models and tools to support sales planning and track sales performance and effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics. Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives. Facilitate a cross-functional team of technical and business SMEs to identify and refine business requirements and translate them to business informatics solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and workflows.
