Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines marketing or account management.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and underwriting processes.
• Proven experience working with middle-market or large commercial accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Southern or Gulf Coast insurance markets.
• Established relationships with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial business.
• Collaborate with producers to develop effective coverage strategies and placement options.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and market representatives.
• Analyze submissions and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to client needs.
• Track marketing activity and ensure timely follow-up on all submissions.
• Provide technical guidance on underwriting trends and market conditions.
• Support client retention through effective placement strategies and superior service.
