About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, working closely with the President to ensure exceptional client service and account management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on mid-to-large accounts.
Candidates with less experience but significant expertise in large accounts will also be considered.
Proficiency in EPIC and other agency management systems is preferred.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a "go above and beyond" attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, renewals, and endorsements (20% new business, 80% renewals).
Collaborate with the President to manage their book of business, providing proactive support and follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Utilize agency management systems such as EPIC, Total CSR, Cover Flow, and CSR24 to manage accounts efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, carrier products, and market conditions to provide innovative solutions to clients.
