About The Position

The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.

Requirements

• Fluent in Punjabi.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Insurance experience necessary.
• Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Exceptional performance and the ability to set an example of professionalism and success for other team members is expected.
• 1 year of Insurance experience (Required)
• Property & Casualty License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
