While commercial HVAC is the primary focus, experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and general commercial maintenance is highly preferred.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment
Working knowledge of electrical systems and controls
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to successfully pass a background screening

Nice To Haves

EPA Universal Certification
Commercial refrigeration experience
Plumbing experience
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Commercial kitchen equipment repair
General construction or handyman experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control systems.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
Service restaurants, retail stores, healthcare facilities, banks, and other commercial properties.
Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance repairs as needed.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear repair recommendations.
Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, inventory, and equipment.
Follow all OSHA regulations, safety policies, and company procedures.
