Fetch’s commercial legal team closes hundreds of revenue-generating agreements every quarter across CPG, retail, restaurant, and agencies. As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will take direct ownership of that deal flow, working independently on the full range of Fetch’s commercial and vendor agreements from first draft to signature. You will report to the Deputy General Counsel, Commercial and work closely with our Sales, Finance, GTM, and leadership teams. This is a full-autonomy role. You will own your deals end-to-end, bring your own commercial judgment and strategic business mindset to the table, and be a true partner to the business. You are the service and business-minded lawyer Sales wants on the call and Finance wants in the room. You will also help shape the standards and practices that define how Fetch approaches commercial legal work, actively integrate AI into your daily workflow, and continuously identify ways to make the function faster, smarter, and more business-friendly.
