Requirements

  • 10 or more years of commercial banking experience.
  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial lending policy, all applicable laws and regulations, credit quality standards, company and business line policies and procedures.
  • Strong relationship management and business development abilities, with thorough knowledge of credit products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
  • Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with assigned Institutional Client Group (ICG) Relationship Managers to manage Commercial and Corporate Healthcare credit account relationships across the for-profit healthcare industry, including physician practices, for-profit hospitals, medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare technology, health insurance, and other healthcare-related companies.
  • Supports clients ranging from middle-market businesses with approximately $50 million in annual revenue to large publicly traded multinational corporations.
  • Grows revenue as directed by senior management through the successful acquisition of new business and the retention and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Responsibilities include underwriting all types of credit exposure, managing an assigned credit portfolio, assessing and mitigating credit risk, responding to customer and prospect credit inquiries, conducting independent client calls, participating in joint sales calls with Relationship Managers, and identifying customer needs and opportunities.
