You'll play a key role in programming, optimizing, and supporting complex machining operations across a modern manufacturing facility equipped with advanced 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC equipment. Requirements

• 3-5+ years of 5-axis CNC programming experience
• Strong Mastercam programming skills
• Experience with complex machined components
• Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies
• Blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
• Fixture and work-holding experience
• CAD/CAM experience

• SolidWorks experience
• Fanuc controller experience
• Heidenhain controller experience
• Aerospace machining experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Lean manufacturing exposure

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
• Program complex 5-axis machining operations
• Convert CAD data into efficient machining strategies
• Support setup personnel and machine operators
• Develop setup documentation and inspection sheets
• Design fixtures and work-holding solutions
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Improve machining efficiency and cycle times
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams
