About The Position

We’re hiring Senior CNC Machinists for our precision machining operation supporting the rapidly growing semiconductor industry. In a rapidly growing industry like this, our business is investing both its equipment and its people. We’re looking for experienced machinists who want to grow alongside the business. This role is built for experienced setup machinists who enjoy tackling challenging, high-mix work. You’ll independently machine precision components from print to finished part, handling setups, troubleshooting processes, verifying quality, and keeping production moving across a variety of equipment. You’ll work across CNC mills, turning centers, and mill-turn equipment while helping newer machinists develop their setup skills and serving as a technical resource on the production floor. We believe investing in experienced machinists strengthens the entire operation, and you’ll have opportunities to continue expanding your own technical abilities as well.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Independent setup machining experience
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment
• Experience editing offsets and G-code
• Strong troubleshooting abilities

• Technical machining education or apprenticeship
• Experience mentoring less experienced machinists

Responsibilities

• Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part.
• Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation.
• Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Resolve machining and tooling issues independently.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting.
• Produce quality parts while following safety procedures.
