  • Deep practical experience operating SaaS-based security platforms in production environments.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a distributed, fast-paced environment while delivering high-impact outcomes.

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud security architectures that reflect real customer use cases and best practices.
  • Act as a senior technical partner to Product Management and Engineering, providing structured, real-world feedback on feature gaps, usability issues, performance considerations, and roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate on early access features, beta programs, and internal proofs-of-concept to accelerate product maturity and innovation.
  • Help translate internal security learnings into internal case studies, reference architectures, and external-facing proof points where appropriate.
  • Drive automation of cloud security operations through scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code to improve scale, consistency, and signal quality.
  • Champion integration of security tooling with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native services, identity platforms, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain a broad, expert-level understanding of cloud-native security domains including IAM, workload protection, network security, data protection, threat detection, and posture management.
  • Mentor and support Cloud Security Engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing; contribute to onboarding materials and internal enablement.
  • Drive execution by defining technical priorities, operating rhythms, and delivery plans for Customer Zero and cloud security engineering initiatives, aligning stakeholders across Security, IT, and Engineering.
