About The Position

This role is for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer/DevSecOps Engineer who will be heavily involved in the company’s cloud migration, ensuring the environment is built securely from the start. The ideal candidate will understand the broader infrastructure vision, collaborate closely with the cloud architect, and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. The focus is on owning problems, leading efforts, and bringing structure to the cloud/security environment, rather than just ticket-taking or box-checking.

Requirements

Azure cloud security
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (writing IaC, not just surface-level exposure)
CI/CD pipelines (securing deployment through the pipeline process)
Cloud migration
Vulnerability scanning and reporting
Security tooling
Azure Defender
Entra ID
Privileged Access Management experience
SonarQube experience
Splunk exposure
Ability to lead and bring structure

Nice To Haves

Delinea experience
Similar PAM experience with tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic

Responsibilities

Supporting the cloud migration effort
Deploying infrastructure securely
Writing and working with Terraform/IaC
Reviewing and securing CI/CD pipelines
Helping ensure the cloud environment is properly threat-hunted
Setting up vulnerability reporting
Reviewing cloud infrastructure for risk and security gaps
Improving overall cloud security score
Supporting privileged access management
Helping build out Entra architecture
Performing a full review of the current cloud infrastructure
Ensuring cloud scalability
Working with the existing SonarQube setup
Helping make sure the cloud environment is secure, scalable, and properly monitored
