About The Position

SMX is seeking a Senior Cloud DevSecOps Developer to join a leadership team of experts and senior-level staff. This team fosters an organizational culture of high-performing solution delivery. This position is onsite in Camp Springs, Maryland and requires a Top-Secret clearance.

Requirements

5 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree required
Top-Secret clearance required
DHS Suitability
Developed and deployed AI/ML/LLMs solutions
Manage Developer teams
Experience utilizing automation tools for software builds, testing, and deployments.
Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to diverse audiences
Strong skills in translating technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders

Provides senior DevSecOps leadership, directing developers and IT operations staff in planning and executing code releases across multiple environments.
Designs, creates, and implements systems software and infrastructure components.

Embeds security controls into build, test, and deployment workflows.
Analyzes operational and performance data.
Drives process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Coordinates work across development, operations, and security teams.
