About The Position

As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and advance enterprise architecture strategy that aligns technology decisions with business goals. You will work across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external clients to develop architecture solutions that support scalability, resilience, and operational performance. Your work will help strengthen solution delivery and guide long-term technology direction across a complex financial services environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
  • Experience in large-scale IT system development, design, and implementation
  • Experience in solution design
  • Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, and SQL
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, including landing zones and management groups
  • Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and environment management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of enterprise-wide architecture strategies, standards, and frameworks that align business priorities with technology direction
  • Partner with business units, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to align enterprise architecture with business, application, data, and infrastructure needs
  • Collaborate with external clients to align Fiserv IT architecture with client requirements, integration objectives, and operational expectations
  • Provide architecture guidance for solution design, platform integration, and technology selection across complex environments
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption approaches based on business value, scalability, security, and implementation feasibility
  • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, reference models, and target-state documentation for enterprise initiatives
  • Mentor junior architects and technical team members on architecture practices, design reviews, and governance standards
