About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Application Architect with extensive software engineering experience, particularly in AI/ML engineering, AI-augmented development tooling, or developer productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and a strong background in software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. This role involves designing and implementing security frameworks, developing developer measurement programs, and translating productivity data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership. Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting findings to both technical teams and senior management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• At least 3 years focused on AI/ML engineering, AI-augmented development tooling, or developer productivity platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q Developer)
• Ability to evaluate and configure AI coding assistants for enterprise use
• Strong background in software architecture
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in modern development workflows (Git, pull request review, automated testing)
• Experience designing and implementing SAST, secrets scanning, and code governance frameworks in regulated or enterprise environments
• Proven ability to design developer measurement programs
• Proven ability to translate productivity data into executive-level recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical teams and senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
