About The Position

Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Administrator to support the DOI USGS Permitting Modernization and Cloud Infrastructure program on the WARP platform. This fully remote, hands-on role owns day-to-day operations for AWS infrastructure supporting a distributed development workforce and Government personnel across separate development, testing, staging, and production environments. The work takes place in a FedRAMP Moderate federal environment and focuses on platform availability, access integrity, and security compliance. The program supports DOI and USGS modernization of federal permitting through WARP (Workflows, Authorizations, Registrations, and Permits), a cloud-native AWS platform. The environment supports developers, business analysts, and Government stakeholders and uses cloud infrastructure, AI-assisted decision support, and data engineering. Peraton's program work includes secure, multi-environment AWS operations and support for AI/ML services, workforce training, and compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
