Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current and valid license by the Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Ability to pass Child Abuse and Neglect Registry check, State Police background check, and drug screen.
  • Competence in treatment planning, mental health diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Adaptable technological skills for clinical documentation and care coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure continuity of care and professional licensure.
  • Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supervisors.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience providing a range of therapy modalities in an outpatient setting.
  • One (1) year of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical care: diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention using evidence-based modalities.
  • Deliver indirect services and administrative duties aligned with clinic policies and procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor and other treatment team members to coordinate care.
  • Complete clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with policies, procedures, and licensure requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education to maintain quality of care and licensure.
  • Adapt to technologized workflows and utilize digital tools to enhance care delivery and documentation.
