The Senior Clinical Supervisor, LCSW is a member of the program's leadership team and is primarily responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff providing treatment in the clinic. They are also responsible for implementation and oversight of evidence-based or innovative clinical services or models of care. Senior Clinical Supervisors are expert clinicians who teach, coach, and supervise Social Work Residents individually and in groups, in partnership with Jewish Board’s Social Work Residency Program and outside evidence-based trainers. Senior Clinical Supervisors are expected to already have or work toward and become credentialed in a residency program evidence-based model, often requiring them to carry and be supervised on a small caseload. The Senior Clinical Supervisor, LCSW ensures clients receive timely access to quality clinical services, including during crises; oversee functions to support program’s clinical operations; and ensures program compliance with Federal, State, and City regulatory bodies, CARF and funding entities.
