Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent educ/experience.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
• Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.
• 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.
