About The Position

The Senior Clinical Lead for Early Intervention will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process for Early Intervention (EI) candidates and partners. This role involves collaborating with the recruiting team, ensuring efficient candidate progression, and supporting onboarding activities. Additionally, the position provides direct clinical support to the EI team in Philadelphia County, including facilitating training, managing compliance requirements, overseeing assessment materials, and offering ongoing clinical consultation to field staff. The role also supports the EI Director in disseminating information, ensuring compliance, and implementing service delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for submission and maintenance of Early Intervention Job Requisitions
  • Complete interview process to place EI candidates in open positions
  • Complete assigned activities required to issue employment agreements
  • Complete all required candidate management documentation and data entry in required systems
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team through individual and group meetings to ensure alignment on candidates, open positions, and position requirements
  • Complete appropriate follow up activities to ensure that candidates move through the interview and onboarding phase efficiently and timely
  • Work collaboratively with the Nyman onboarding team to support the candidate onboarding process
  • Work with the EI Administrative Assistant to support Partner onboarding requirements
  • Support university outreach, conferences and career fair activities
  • Support clinical and mentorship initiatives for new graduates
  • Provide clinical support to EI team in Philadelphia County
  • Schedule and facilitate Therapeutic Options training including initial and re-certification trainings
  • Maintain Therapeutic Options training completion data
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation process
  • Complete ECO data monthly compliance requirement
  • Oversee distribution of assessment protocols and test kits to clinicians
  • Provide ongoing clinical support to field staff through consultation and observations in the field
  • Support the EI Director in disseminating information to field staff
  • Support the EI Director in completing all compliance requirements
  • Assist the EI Director with implementation of service delivery initiatives and requirements
