About The Position

Travels to various facilities to perform patient phlebotomy, monitor staff and train staff; and reassign team when necessary for coverage. Collects, labels, and processes patient specimens for testing. Acts as site lead- directs and assigns work to other CLA-Phlebotomy employees. Responsible for daily operations and supply levels at the collection site. Operates and maintains laboratory equipment; responsible for both internal and external problem resolution. May perform EKGs or operate point of care equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Basic Life Support (AHA or RQI)
• Driver’s License
• 2 years of laboratory experience
• 2 years of phlebotomy experience
