The Senior Clinical Analyst serves as a vital liaison between clinical staff and the IT Department, supporting the implementation, maintenance, training, and optimization of clinical information systems under the guidance of the Director of Applications. In system implementation projects, the Senior Clinical Analyst acts as both Project Manager and Application Builder, serving as the single point of contact for all project-related issues. This role involves the development and maintenance of policies, creation of end-user training and educational materials, and the direct support of users such as Physicians, Radiologists, Nurses, and other hospital departments. The Senior Clinical Analyst collaborates closely with third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and end-user satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Clinical Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered professionally, accurately, and on time, with a focus on customer satisfaction and measurable outcomes. They will track and report on the completion rate of delegated projects, and are expected to manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned applications. This includes providing consultative support to non-technical users and effectively managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
