About The Position

This role is aligned with our Climbing Arborist II–III Career Pathway and requires demonstrated proficiency in advanced rigging, complex removals, and production accountability. This individual must perform at a high level technically, operate with discipline, and contribute to crew performance, safety, and client confidence. This is a senior position, and the individual will be considered part of our management team. The job involves executing advanced tree work under various production conditions, maintaining zero tolerance for preventable safety issues, and leading by example. The role requires operating within a structured, standards-driven system, utilizing advanced rigging systems and techniques, performing crane-assisted removals, and specialty pruning. Adherence to all industry and internal standards is crucial, along with managing and improving processes such as time tracking, job briefings, and inventory, to deliver a strong client experience.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• 3+ years climbing experience

Nice To Haves

• ISA Certified Arborist
• TRAQ / CTSP / CDL
