Senior Client Success Partner- Care Gap & Coding Automation

Qventus
$140,000 - $160,000Remote

About The Position

Qventus is seeking a Senior Client Success Partner for its new Care Gap & Coding Automation (CGCA) product line. This generative AI solution helps health systems close documentation and coding gaps, initially focusing on malnutrition with plans to expand to other conditions. The role is in an early and pivotal stage, with a beta product live at partner sites. The Client Success Partner will be the primary contact for early clients, managing the end-to-end client experience from pilot to early production. This includes overseeing implementation, building relationships with clinical leaders, ensuring pilot conversions, and providing feedback to the product team. The role also involves developing the implementation playbook and preparing for the launch of the Delivery team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership position for individuals comfortable with ambiguity, eager to build a product line from scratch, and motivated by working closely with clinicians.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, in healthcare consulting, or in a comparable role inside a complex healthcare provider organization.
  • Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High comfort with ambiguity and strong flexibility, with the ability to help define the integration of the role within Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams.
  • A hard worker with a high pace, capable of working fast and hard.
  • Intrinsically motivated, able to set priorities and drive tasks without constant supervision.
  • Strong project leadership instincts and the ability to lead matrixed teams (clinical, technical, operational) both client-side and within Qventus with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to translate AI-driven product capabilities into meaningful clinical and operational impact for the client.
  • Excitement about the potential of AI to transform healthcare and a desire to be part of that change.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems.
  • Ability to travel 40–60% nationwide.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in inpatient hospital operations and/or clinical documentation integrity (CDI) and coding workflows.
  • Top-tier healthcare consulting background.
  • Experience standing up a new product line, new service offering, or new client-facing function at an early-stage company.
  • Change management experience in clinical settings.
  • Experience supporting pilot-to-paid commercial motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation end-to-end, leading CGCA pilots and early production deployments in partnership with a Technical Implementation Manager.
  • Establish credibility with client leaders to guide the launch, diagnose current-state workflows, build launch strategies, and partner with Product on necessary adjustments.
  • Own the client relationship, developing trusted relationships with client executives and frontline clinical teams (e.g., dietitian managers, RDs, wound care teams, hospitalists, nephrologists).
  • Build deep domain expertise in new conditions quickly to engage with clinical teams as a peer and credible thought partner.
  • Run a tight operating rhythm, owning weekly client meetings (agenda, prep, facilitation, follow-ups, action tracking) to keep clients and internal teams aligned.
  • Convert pilots to paid contracts by monitoring engagement and outcome data, presenting results clearly, and proactively identifying and addressing issues.
  • Channel client feedback into the roadmap by ensuring learnings from implementations are communicated to the Product team and contributing to roadmapping discussions.
  • Build the implementation playbook and train/mentor Delivery team members for a smooth handoff as CGCA matures.
  • Help shape the evolution of the Client Success Partner role as CGCA grows, potentially by supporting new conditions or building/leading a CGCA-specific Delivery function.
