Responsibilities

• Ensure over 90% of projects are completed on-time and within budget through strong project control and effective risk management strategies
• Maintain high billable utilization and achieve significant profitability across all projects, demonstrating efficient project management and financial acumen
• Oversee and coordinate multiple enterprise software projects, managing each project's unique complexities to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead intricate financial negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and minimize credits.
• Mentor project managers to foster professional development and enhance their project delivery skills.
