This involves building relationships with client decision-makers and influencers, understanding their business goals, objectives, and problems, and collaborating with internal colleagues from Client Success, Sales, Operations, Implementation, and Marketing to serve client needs and support their success. The role is accountable for client satisfaction, client outcomes, and value realization, measured by client retention, expansion, cross-sale referral generation, and other management business objectives.
