The OptiMine Team, now part of Uptempo, is an industry-leading, marketing analytics software company focused on marketing measurement and optimization, helping companies understand the full contributions and performance of their marketing and advertising investments. Our clients are some of the largest advertisers and best-known brands in the world, and they use our incredibly sophisticated software-as-a-service platform to drive marketing lift and ROI. We are growing our team to serve our rapidly expanding client base. As a part of that expansion, we are looking for an experienced marketing and analytics consultant to join our team as Senior Client Success Consultant. We are seeking a Senior Client Success Consultant who will advise, manage and foster successful client relationships. This critical role will ensure our clients are getting the most out of our analytics solution, guide clients on how to turn insights into action, and provide meaningful consulting guidance to ensure they are realizing value and ROI from the OptiMine partnership. This position will be a part of the Strategic Insights team, will report to the Head of Strategic Insights, and will coordinate with internal operations and data science teams to deliver successful analytic solutions on behalf of our clients. This full-time position is based out of our Minneapolis hub , with flexible work-from-home options.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in marketing and advertising analytics / media strategy, planning and buying / marketing account management
Demonstrated ability to drive customer success and build high performing teams through accountability, metrics, continuous improvement, a problem-solving mindset, and a focus on results
Proven ability to develop and communicate insights from analytic data
Ability to gain customer executive sponsorship and consensus on solution formulation, customer team engagement models, and marketing action
Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly refined interpersonal skills
A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to travel a minimum of 10%

Responsibilities

Lead relationships for a portfolio of accounts; responsible for having a deep understanding of each client's business, marketing, and measurement strategy; aligning those with OptiMine’s solutions; and setting the strategic path for account growth and development.
Provide marketing and analytics consulting services for clients to help drive solution adoption, change management, measurement results understanding, and actionable media optimizations.
Analyze data and develop model results presentations to help clients understand marketing performance and provide guidance on media mix optimization to further increase marketing performance for the client’s organization.
Drive Customer Success Outcomes: Maximize growth and renewal rates through delivery of exemplary consultation and support
Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall relationship health scores
Identify best practices and strategies to drive guidance adoption and usage
Inspire Culture of Customer Success Across Company: Align with Product team around driving product roadmap that anticipates and meets client needs
Align with Sales around cross-sell and upsell with a retention focus
Align with Sales and Finance around forecasting client success contributions to the P&L
Align with SVP of Client Success on metrics and objectives
