About The Position

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is a commercial position focused on owning a portfolio of Kyra's largest enterprise accounts (multi-million-dollar brand partnerships). The primary measures of success are client retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). The role involves acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior brand-side stakeholders, managing the full lifecycle of client relationships, and ensuring efficient operation across internal teams (Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product). A key aspect is proactively identifying and resolving potential issues (performance, scope, relationship, or margin) well in advance. The role also includes leading a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs, elevating their performance and client work.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with experience on large or enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on campaign fluency, with genuine command of Meta and TikTok.
  • A track record of account growth and retention that can be quantified.
  • Experience being measured against revenue, retention, or NRR.
  • Direct people-leadership experience, including managing 1:1s, workload, and team performance.
  • AI-native, building AI tools into daily work for faster execution, sharper insight, and smarter workflows.
  • Commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the revenue impact of managed accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs, multi-threading across teams.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable plans and present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact).
  • Use AI daily to compress reporting, model renewals, prep upsells, and synthesize client data.
  • Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns, ensuring work is on-brand, on-time, and within margin.
  • Manage renewal timelines, identify upsell opportunities, and drive Net Revenue Retention.
  • Forecast performance, optimize mid-campaign, and apply learnings to future programs.
  • Ensure tracking is clean, monitor team capacity, fix inefficiencies, and ensure client feedback is captured.
  • Lead a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs, managing their performance and client work.
