About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals. With offices across North America, MMA combines the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of Marsh. As a Senior Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be dedicated to providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. This role involves collaborating with other department members to fulfill customer service needs, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail for tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Two (2) years’ Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Nice To Haves
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.)
- Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight, CSR24
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues
- Work with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers
- Master tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry
