Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and integrity in all interactions.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Lead renewal processes, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with client goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, contributing to Gallagher’s growth while enhancing client satisfaction.
