Additionally, the Senior Client Manager will oversee new vendor/carrier implementations, review plan documents and contracts, and maintain contact with vendor representatives to ensure client advocacy. Communication and education are key aspects, including developing communication objectives, creating member-facing collateral, and leading sessions to explain benefit program features. The role also involves updating clients on carrier and vendor partner features and services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective client service operations and support for team duties.
