Join Gallagher as a Senior Client Financial Analyst, where you’ll collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver tailored financial insights and solutions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing benefit plans, preparing reports, and presenting findings that drive strategic planning and renewal decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience.
Proficiency with software programs, such as excel, and mathematical calculations.
Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word and Excel.
Basic understanding of insurance concepts.
Excellent oral and written communication ability.

Nice To Haves

State license for Health/Life desired.
Knowledge in using the analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide meaningful financial analysis.
Compile census data and financial information to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Analyze utilization data and summarize results to guide decision-making.
Review and compare RFP responses, creating benefit and rate comparisons.
Prepare and present materials for strategic planning, renewals, and marketing results.
Represent your team on cross-functional projects and share your expertise.
