Argano is seeking a high-caliber National Sales Executive to lead strategic growth in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This role drives net-new revenue across Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, EPM, HCM, PLM, and CX by building relationships with Oracle sellers, targeting enterprise accounts, and positioning Argano as the partner that delivers faster time-to-value through modern AI-accelerated implementation methodologies. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role responsible for driving significant pipeline coverage and closing material contract value. Requirements

  • 7+ years selling enterprise applications (ERP/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CPG value chain: manufacturing, distribution, supply planning, trade promotions, procurement, quality, and product lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in new business development with $2M–$5M+ annual quota.
  • Strong alignment experience with Oracle or comparable enterprise software vendors.
  • Executive presence and the ability to create healthy tension to drive deals forward.
  • Hunter mentality: disciplined, competitive, persistent, comfortable breaking through resistance.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • High integrity and professional maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the national CPG territory with full accountability for pipeline creation, deal strategy, and quota performance.
  • Drive 3× pipeline coverage at all times, with weekly inspection across early-stage and greenfield accounts.
  • Build strong alignment with Oracle ERP/SCM/PLM/Industry sellers to create joint territory plans and win strategic accounts.
  • Create executive-level relationships with CFO, CIO, COO, VP Supply Chain, VP Finance, and Operations leaders.
  • Position Argano’s differentiators—Compound Acceleration, Celera/Argus AI, modern delivery, and Oracle process expertise.
  • Lead pursuit strategies including discovery, value engineering, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Partner with Solution Directors, Delivery Leadership, and Industry SMEs to shape compelling win themes.
  • Consistently deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Represent Argano at industry events, conferences, and Oracle field engagements.
  • Uphold Argano’s culture of excellence, accountability, and performance.
